Shap Wells Hotel

The venue was immaculately clean, offered lovely location and food. Variety of food at the breakfast, including cereal and fruit. This hotel was good value, seeing price-lists in other hotels.

The staff is amiable, the breakfast tasty, the ocation is incredible so close to a flowing river and Penrith and highlands. The units are stocked, neat.

Not the cheapest one but good value. Everything was excellent and fairly clean, I enjoyed staff and rooms. I was here for 1 night and ate at a la carte restaurant with attentive staff. It also had a clean bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds - all for a comfortable stay.

Always clean place with efficient staff and ideal location. Liked food selection, meals were good and they have lots of options.

Our experience here was warm. Good location; scenic view from the room; informative staff. Twin room had upgrades, it was amazingly comfortable and compact. Quick check in & the service was helpful. Need to point that free WiFi throughout the property was a good bonus.

The location was marvellous, convenient to go everywhere. And furthermore, there was queen victoria statue only 400 metres of the venue. Staff were friendly there. Excellent service.

The mountain view was pretty. What a beautiful location! Also, it's 2 km from Shap Summit Mountain Peak.

Staff were LOYAL and location was picturesque. The room was good sized. Honestly no complaints.
